Marc Beshany is Managing Director – Market Leader for the Florida Gulf Coast Market, overseeing the firm’s presence in the Tampa, Sarasota and Naples metropolitan areas. Collaborating closely with more than 500 financial professionals, he identifies the Wells Fargo Advisors practice model best suited to their practice – whether it’s a traditional Financial Advisor model or a move toward independence through owning their own business.

Beshany is fully committed to helping Financial Advisors harness the depth and breadth of the firm’s products, services, and practice management technology to help reach their goals and serve clients effectively. He is familiar with the unique needs of ultra high net worth clients and available solutions offered by the Wells Fargo Wealth and Investment Management division.

With more than 33 years of experience with the firm, Beshany is a seasoned industry professional and served as a Market Leader of Wells Fargo Advisors Michigan, Rocky Mountain and Northeast Ohio Markets. He previously held leadership roles with Wachovia Securities and served as Director of the Executive Services unit of Prudential’s Investment Bank as well as Director of the Asset Management Company for Prudential with responsibility for all Financial Advisor-directed portfolio management.

As a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, his deep commitment to service is shown by involvement within the communities he serves, including U.S. Marine Corps Toys for Tots, National Sports Center for the Disabled, and executive home builds with Habitat for Humanity. Beshany has also been instrumental in the firm’s Hiring Our Heroes initiative, which hosts military personnel within six months of separation for a 12-week corporate fellowship experience to achieve full-time employment.
